Manager, Reservations

About the role

The Reservations Manager leads the reservations department at One&Only Le Saint Géran, ensuring optimal room revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate through effective revenue and yield management. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on team leadership to deliver a seamless, memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise room revenue, occupancy and ADR using revenue‑management techniques.
• Lead, coach and organise a dedicated reservations team to meet organisational standards.
• Coordinate reservation activities for tour operators, travel agents and direct guests.
• Review booking reports, forecast demand and adjust schedules to meet targets.
• Convert enquiries received by phone or email into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate data in the property‑management and central‑reservation systems, preventing over‑booking.
• Ensure compliance with cancellation policies, allocations, stop‑sales and free‑sales.
• Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, revenue management and other departments.
• Respond to all guest communications within 24 hours and uphold a high level of service.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hotel or resort reservations teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue and yield management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high guest‑satisfaction standards.
