Mystery Shopper for Hotels

About the role

Guest Delight International is looking for independent mystery shoppers to evaluate hotel properties. As a mystery shopper you will visit assigned hotels, experience the services as a regular guest and provide objective feedback that helps our clients improve their customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Visit designated hotels and assess all areas of the property, including reception, rooms, amenities and service interactions.
• Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and complete the audit within the specified timeframe.
• Submit a comprehensive online report that highlights strengths, identifies opportunities for improvement and includes factual observations.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills to produce clear, fact‑based reports.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Reliable internet access at home or work.
• Previous experience or background in the hotel or hospitality sector.
