PSP Reconciliation Officer

About the role

HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi‑asset broker delivering cutting‑edge trading tools and platforms worldwide. As the company expands, it is seeking a driven and strategic PSP Reconciliation Officer to join the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bank and payment service provider reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Report daily company balances and highlight exposure promptly.
• Post all transactions into the system accurately and timely.
• Process payments to suppliers and service providers.
• Cross‑check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with external auditors to support a clean year‑end audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar reconciliation role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
