Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer specialized in test automation. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, building automated test suites, and ensuring high‑quality, reliable digital solutions across our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and maintain test strategies, plans and approaches for releases.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for web applications and APIs using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to support fast and reliable delivery.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke and end‑to‑end testing and log defects in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts and DevOps teams to translate requirements into effective test scenarios.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Provide mentorship on testing standards and automation best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks and a proactive attitude toward quality.
• Comfortable working closely with cross‑functional teams and communicating risks clearly.
• Ability to identify gaps in requirements and designs early in the development cycle.

• Programming/Scripting: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#.
• API testing: Postman, REST Assured.
• Test management: Azure DevOps, Jira.
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Version control: Git, Azure DevOps Repos.
• Database basics: SQL.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, DOM.
• BDD frameworks: SpecFlow (optional).
