Senior Client Accountant

About the role

The Senior Client Accountant will support a portfolio of Irish incorporated SPVs, working closely with senior team members to deliver accurate bookkeeping and management accounts. This permanent position is based in Trianon, Mauritius, and offers the chance to develop expertise in fund administration and cross‑jurisdictional services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and annual reports in accordance with IFRS, Companies Act and other relevant GAAP.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual management accounts and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Provide day‑to‑day financial reporting services, maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities on accounting matters.
• Communicate with clients regarding audit progress and accounting updates.
• Maintain systematic filing of all accounting records.
• Manage a portfolio of entities and take responsibility for their financial reporting.
• Assist with ad‑hoc assignments and explore new responsibilities as needed.
