Senior Designer

About the role

The Lux Collective is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the visual evolution of its hospitality brands, including LUX*, SALT, SOCIO, and Tamassa. Reporting to the Creative Studio Manager, you will shape brand identities across digital and print touchpoints while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute creative concepts for brand campaigns, promotional materials, and new projects.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative studio environment.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools, and integrate them into workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level designer, comfortable working across digital and print media.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to propose cost‑effective design solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with project managers, developers, and brand managers.
• Highly organized, capable of juggling several projects while maintaining quality.
• Passionate about brand stewardship and maintaining visual integrity.
