Senior SailPoint Architect & Integration Engineer

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Senior SailPoint Architect & Integration Engineer to join its Identity & Access Management (IAM) squad. You will work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to design, implement and govern a scalable SailPoint solution that supports the company’s global payroll and HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document the overall SailPoint architecture, implementation standards and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into SailPoint configurations, including Identity Security Cloud capabilities.
• Design, develop and customise connectors and integrations for systems such as Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Establish API integration patterns, troubleshoot provisioning issues and support complex connector scenarios.
• Assess identity data quality, devise remediation strategies and set up governance processes for ongoing data maintenance.
• Design RBAC models, scalable entitlement structures and introduce ABAC where appropriate; support role‑mining activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience implementing SailPoint Identity Governance solutions in large, multi‑country environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, data quality management and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with product, technical and business stakeholders.
