Senior System Engineer Middleware & Hosting Solutions

About the role

As a Senior System Engineer focusing on Microsoft Web & Cloud Hosting platforms, you will work with cutting‑edge technologies to design, deploy and maintain hosting solutions for clients. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders, providing technical support and ensuring the reliability, performance and security of their applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Microsoft‑based web hosting and Azure Cloud solutions, including Windows Server, IIS and ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored architectural designs and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, improving maintainability and stability of hosting environments.
• Implement robust security measures such as SSO, intrusion detection, SSL certificates and authentication headers.
• Provide 3rd‑line technical support, troubleshooting issues and delivering architectural consultations.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration and maintenance tasks.
• Document configurations, designs, best practices and troubleshooting procedures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Independent yet collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to perform interventions outside normal hours.
• Experience in an agile, Scrum‑based environment and a DevOps mindset.
• Customer‑centric, result‑driven and proactive ownership of issues.
