SEO /SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The role will focus on improving search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing advertising spend to meet our growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists and optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags, content and landing pages.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring ROI and cost per acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO and SEM performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Analyse competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
