Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will plan, produce, and publish engaging multimedia content while nurturing an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster community interaction.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
