Software Engineer (AI Agentic Solutions) – Finance Transformation

About the role

Join EY's Finance Transformation team to design and deliver AI‑powered solutions that automate complex business workflows. You will work on end‑to‑end development of autonomous agents, integrating large language models (LLMs) into production‑grade services for high‑profile financial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy microservices in Golang and Python that embed AI/ML capabilities.
• Architect multi‑step AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, handling reasoning, tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
• Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines with vector stores like pgvector, Pinecone, or FAISS.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for rapid prototyping, refactoring, and test generation.
• Develop high‑performance backend services and APIs (Gin, Echo, gRPC, FastAPI) following clean code, version control, and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related STEM field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in software development, preferably with AI/ML projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving, client‑focused environment.
