Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant will ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for guests using the spa facilities at Constance Le Chaland. You will support the smooth operation of locker rooms, hydrotherapy areas, saunas and related spaces, providing attentive service that reflects the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in locker rooms, wet areas, and hydrotherapy zones according to SOPs.
• Prepare and set up guest areas, including towels, slippers, robes, and beverages.
• Guide guests to appropriate spa zones with a calm, courteous attitude.
• Monitor guest flow to ensure no one is left unattended for extended periods.
• Check stock levels of amenities and replenish as needed.
• Hand over areas to colleagues only when standards are met.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions organized by management.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; additional hospitality training is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Fluent in English and proficient in another language; a third language is advantageous.
