Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Apex Group’s growing global financial services team in Mauritius. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers across fund administration, finance, compliance and operations to attract top talent and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct sourcing techniques.
• Conduct screening and competency‑based interviews and coordinate interview panels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights and talent‑acquisition metrics to stakeholders.
• Handle offer negotiations, compensation discussions and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and support employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment within financial services or a similar industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with global recruitment standards.
