About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across the office.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
- Handle office supplies, equipment inventory, and liaise with suppliers as needed.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with data extraction and organisation, such as scanning and extracting statistics from reports.
- Support invoice management by tracking, classifying, and coordinating with Finance for timely processing.
- Contribute to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 implementation, including documentation control, compliance tracking, and audit preparation.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum education: High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
