Analyst - Project Delivery

About the role

The Analyst – Project Delivery will work closely with third‑party partners and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of information systems that meet client business needs. This role follows ETS’s project methodology and supports clients throughout the implementation and post‑go‑live phases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partners to guarantee project completion on time and within scope.
• Apply ETS’s standardized project implementation methodology.
• Define, design, develop and document solutions based on client requirements.
• Lead clients through implementation, testing and support stages.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide ERP‑specific support and continuously update the knowledge repository of current and future solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (advantageous).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Team player with flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Proficiency in SQL and query languages.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and Reporting Services.
