Associate Consultant – SAP BI/BW

About the role

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates or junior professionals (0‑2 years of experience) to start a career in SAP Analytics as an Associate Consultant. The role provides structured training on SAP Business Warehouse (BW/BI) systems, data architecture and consulting methodology, and involves supporting clients, troubleshooting data processes and building analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) for SAP BI/BW, handling user tickets, incidents and change requests.
• Monitor automated data loads, troubleshoot execution errors and implement permanent fixes under supervision.
• Participate in client workshops with senior consultants to capture and document business reporting requirements.
• Configure, test and customize SAP BI/BW solutions to close system gaps and improve reporting.
• Prepare functional specifications, testing scripts and process documentation.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time, track project progress and keep project managers informed of status and risks.
• Work on a rotational roster to provide AMS support during client business hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• 0–2 years of experience; exposure to databases, SQL, data warehousing or SAP modules (SD/MM) is a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and a structured troubleshooting approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, self‑organization and eagerness to learn.
