Audit Senior / Supervisor / Assistant Manager – Assurance

About the role

Join EY Mauritius as an Assurance professional responsible for delivering high‑quality audits. You will work with a portfolio of clients, ensuring financial statements are presented fairly and in line with the applicable reporting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements, including walkthroughs, control testing, and substantive procedures.
• Prepare budgets, manage project billing, and control resources to meet deadlines.
• Maintain audit quality through documentation, review of financial statements, and archiving on EY systems.
• Develop and coach junior team members, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Manage client relationships, provide insights, and report findings to managers and partners.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or ICAEW) with 3–4 years of audit experience.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and strong business acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high‑quality work.
• Proven leadership potential and willingness to coach and develop team members.
