Balinese Spa Therapist

About the role

The Balinese Spa Therapist will deliver authentic Balinese spa treatments to guests at Sofitel Mauritius L'Imperial Resort & Spa, ensuring a memorable wellness experience in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Balinese massages, body treatments, and facial therapies for resort guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms.
• Promote and recommend spa products and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all spa operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa environment.
• Knowledge of skincare products and wellness practices.
• Understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is an advantage.
