About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Bar Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team at our luxury resort in Mauritius. The successful candidate will serve guests in our bar and restaurant venues, ensuring a memorable experience that reflects the Four Seasons standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place and set up tables for service.
- Take guest orders, serve and, when required, prepare food and beverages.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Promote hotel food‑and‑beverage offerings and provide genuine hospitality.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and participate in briefings and training sessions.
- Adhere to the Four Seasons code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Strong awareness of service standards and ability to act as a role model.
- Team‑oriented attitude with willingness to help colleagues.
- Warm, enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with guests and internal customers.
- Reliability in following procedures, briefings and safety guidelines.
