Benefits Specialist I

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a bilingual (English/French) Benefits Specialist I to support benefits administration for assigned clients. You will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of benefits services, from client implementation through ongoing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Administer benefits plans for plan sponsors and participants, handling eligibility, deductions, calculations, and reimbursement limits.
• Provide client support throughout implementation and ongoing service delivery.
• Research and resolve complex participant issues related to benefits eligibility and plan setup.
• Track case information in the company’s case‑management system and maintain thorough documentation.
• Analyze large data sets, summarize findings, and recommend actionable solutions.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in benefits outsourcing or consulting.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Independent learner who is intellectually curious and detail‑oriented.
