Captain – Resort Operations

About the role

The Captain supports the Outlet Manager and their assistants in delivering seamless service across the resort’s food and beverage outlets. This hands‑on leader ensures operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and a safe, welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager with daily operational requirements and service supervision.
• Provide training and act as a role model, promoting high standards and teamwork.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and actively give operational, employee, and guest feedback to management.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and uphold safety, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Participate in briefings, meetings, and walk‑throughs, offering hands‑on support during peak periods.
• Ensure pre‑service and post‑service readiness of work areas.
• Perform any related duties as required to support outlet operations.
