About the role

Northfields International School is seeking a dedicated Child Caregiver to support its early‑years learners. The role involves creating a safe, stimulating environment for children aged 18 months to early primary years, while attending to their basic needs and promoting holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organise and supervise mealtimes and snacks, ensuring nutritious food selections.
• Plan and oversee balanced daily routines that include physical activity, rest, and play.
• Maintain safety standards and provide responsible care at all times.
• Ensure a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment throughout the classroom and play areas.
• Build positive, professional relationships with parents, children, and staff.
• Report any signs of emotional or developmental concerns to supervisors and parents promptly.

Required profile

• Passionate about working with young children and committed to their development.
• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain high standards of care.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with parents, children, and colleagues.
• Ability to observe and identify potential emotional or developmental issues.
