Childcare Coordinator (M/W)

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Childcare Coordinator and lead the Mini Club Med experience for children aged 4‑17. You will create memorable, safe, and engaging moments for families while traveling in a multicultural resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and accompany children during sporting, creative and discovery activities.
• Organise and run games, workshops, fairs and shows.
• Ensure the safety of children within the Mini Club structure and throughout the resort.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and protect resort property.
• Promote the Mini Club Med+ programme, inspired by Positive Education, to develop children’s potential.
