Client Relationship Lead - Private Client Services

About the role

The Client Relationship Lead oversees a team that administers private client structures for high‑net‑worth individuals, including trusts, foundations, private investment companies and family offices. The role ensures seamless day‑to‑day operations, high‑quality service delivery and full regulatory compliance while nurturing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Associate, Client and Senior Client Executives, allocate work, review deliverables and coach team members.
• Act as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of private clients and intermediaries, maintaining regular, professional communication.
• Oversee accurate and timely statutory filings, board packs, corporate records and regulatory submissions.
• Drive operational improvements, support internal projects and provide hands‑on assistance when needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies, maintain up‑to‑date KYC/CDD documentation and support AML/CFT monitoring.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, promote a culture of accountability and escalate critical issues to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team in private client administration or wealth‑management services.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage complex relationships and anticipate client needs.
• In‑depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, KYC, AML/CFT and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.
• Effective communication and coaching skills to develop team members.
