Commis 3 – Entry Level Kitchen Position

About the role

The Commis 3 is an entry‑level position in the culinary brigade of Four Seasons Resort Mauritius. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you will support food preparation, maintain station cleanliness and assist during service in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation, including vegetables, meats, sauces and other ingredients as directed.
• Prepare and organise mise‑en‑place for the assigned station before each service.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, adhering to sanitation standards throughout the shift.
• Support chefs during service by plating, garnishing and assembling dishes.
• Help with receiving deliveries and proper storage of ingredients.
