About the role

ST Media, a young immigration company, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage communications with potential and existing clients. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service through phone and email interactions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the application process.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.
  • Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients with online applications and document submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a high standard of service for both new and returning clients.

Required profile

  • Fluent or native English speaker.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.
  • No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
