Data Analyst – Pharmaceutical Business Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Data Analyst to support business intelligence, reporting, and decision‑making within our pharmaceutical distribution business. Based in Mauritius, you will turn complex data into clear insights and executive‑level presentations that drive performance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from cross‑functional teams to produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Analyse trends, performance metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business intelligence dashboards and visual presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely data delivery and resolve data‑related issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or sales‑force automation is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to obtain data from various stakeholders.
