Digital Workplace Analyst – Collaboration Services

About the role

Eclosia Technology Services Ltd (ETS) is seeking a proactive Analyst to drive the adoption and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions across the Eclosia Group. You will act as a bridge between business users and IT, ensuring collaborative tools are effectively leveraged to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Support the adoption, continuous improvement and effective use of collaborative services across the Group.
• Analyse user needs, clarify requests and recommend practical digital workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, IT teams and business stakeholders to improve support processes and user experience.
• Prepare user guides, knowledge articles, FAQs and other documentation to promote self‑service and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to change management, user enablement initiatives and awareness sessions.
• Research and assess digital tools, providing structured recommendations based on business needs, value and usability.
• Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity and digital ways of working through modern workplace technologies, AI and automation.
• Capture user feedback and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and knowledge capitalisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Business Analysis, IT Functional Support, Digital Adoption or Service Improvement.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
• Understanding of Digital Workplace practices, knowledge management and change enablement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear documentation, user guidance and structured recommendations.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
