Engineering Services Associate / Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Services Associate/Analyst to support manufacturing and quality projects for a leading aircraft manufacturer. You will join an international, multifunctional team and work on tool configuration, process alignment, data analysis, and project management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and deploy specialized engineering tools and software.
• Translate technical manufacturing requirements into functional tool settings.
• Troubleshoot tool‑related issues and ensure system data integrity.
• Support data‑driven decision making through analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across France, Germany, and Mauritius.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Quality Management.
• Professional fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting project priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Required skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
• Programming/automation: SQL, Python, VBA, AppScript, TypeScript.
• Business intelligence tools: Power BI, QlikSense, Looker Studio.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP; familiarity with MS Access.
