About the role
The ERP Analyst will provide first‑ and second‑level support for Sun Limited’s core finance and hotel applications, ensuring smooth operation of Oracle ERP and related systems. Working closely with end users, the IT team, and external vendors, the analyst will handle system administration, user management, testing, reporting and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day support for Oracle ERP and other hotel application systems.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve user incidents.
- Log, track, and follow up support tickets with Oracle and external vendors, escalating critical issues.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts; manage roles, security permissions and access requests.
- Provide functional support across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Budget Control and Financial Reporting.
- Assist users with transaction processing, data validation, month‑end activities and report generation.
- Coordinate system testing for patches, upgrades and configuration changes, including quarterly Oracle updates.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations and interface processing; report performance issues.
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, system documentation and knowledge articles.
- Deliver end‑user training and promote best practices for Oracle ERP.
- Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP or a similar enterprise application.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP EBS applications and financial/procurement processes.
- Experience supporting finance or procurement users is an advantage.
- Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of system integrations and APIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification or Oracle certifications are desirable.
Required skills
- Oracle ERP (EBS) and Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion.
- SQL (basic).
- Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- ITSM tools.
- ITIL Foundation (preferred).
- Understanding of system integrations and APIs.
