Experienced Full-Stack .NET Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full‑Stack .NET Developer to lead technical delivery on large‑scale enterprise initiatives. You will design, build, and optimise scalable solutions using the Microsoft technology stack while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and high‑quality code.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Ensure application performance, scalability and security best practices.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
