Finance & Treasury Officer

About the role

Alliance Media is seeking a Finance & Treasury Officer to support its growing portfolio of offshore and multi‑jurisdictional operations. The role combines treasury management, banking liaison, compliance oversight, and direct executive support, offering exposure to high‑level decision‑making across Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury functions including bank balances, foreign‑exchange positions, fixed deposits and weekly cash reporting.
• Maintain banking relationships: account administration, KYC processes, onboarding and ongoing liaison.
• Oversee offshore company structures by preparing compliance documentation, statutory submissions and coordinating with trustees.
• Provide executive support to the CEO, handling payments, expense coordination, supplier management and document tracking.
• Assist with investment administration, monitoring basic investments and preparing related reports.

Required profile

• Mid‑tier professional with 3–5 years of experience in finance, treasury, or banking operations.
• Experience with management companies and international/offshore banking is essential.
• Organised, discreet and able to work at pace with senior stakeholders.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Based in Mauritius or willing to relocate.
