Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead to join the Finance team at our corporate office. Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, you will own the Group’s consolidation and financial reporting function, delivering accurate and timely information to senior management and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the multi‑currency consolidation process for monthly management, quarterly Board, and annual statutory reporting.
• Prepare and present high‑quality consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Coordinate with finance teams across all business units to ensure complete and accurate financial deliverables.
• Review income statements and balance sheets submitted by units for consistency and compliance.
• Maintain the integrity of Group‑level data, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries.
• Monitor IFRS updates, assess impact, and implement necessary changes.
• Partner with the Group Head of Finance to create insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process.
• Develop and improve reporting processes, controls, and dashboards using Oracle and USALI best practices.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support to business units.

Required profile

• Significant experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and IFRS compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑currency consolidations and coordinate across multiple subsidiaries.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing Board‑level financial presentations.
• Experience working with external auditors and leading audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with finance teams and senior management.
