Full‑Stack Engineer (Rust/React), SRE or DevOps Engineer for SaaS Platform

About the role

DuoKey is expanding its engineering hub in Mauritius and is looking for experienced engineers to join its SaaS platform team. Depending on your background you can work as a Full‑Stack Engineer (Rust/React), a Platform DevOps Engineer, or a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).

Key responsibilities

• Full‑Stack Engineer: design and implement backend services in Rust and frontend features in React, build secure APIs, write automated tests, and collaborate on architecture and performance.
• Platform DevOps Engineer: create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform, manage Kubernetes clusters, support multi‑region multi‑cloud deployments, and improve platform security.
• SRE: ensure reliability and scalability of production systems, define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability, automate incident response, conduct root‑cause analysis, and participate in on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the chosen track.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and a production‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
• Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and take ownership of deliverables.
