Graphic Designer (Resort & Hospitality)

About the role

Sunlife, a leading hospitality group in the Indian Ocean, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for its beach resorts, golf courses and related hospitality services. The role focuses on translating marketing briefs into brand‑consistent designs across digital and print media, enhancing the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual executions for resort campaigns, offers, events and everyday communications.
• Design assets for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, brochures, signage, menus, spa and F&B promotions.
• Adapt creative concepts across different resorts, audiences and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Retouch and optimise images and prepare final artwork for both digital and print production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, F&B, Spa, Events, Rooms and other resort teams to understand operational and commercial needs.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and keep creative files and templates well organised.
• Stay up‑to‑date with hospitality, travel and design trends, including emerging AI‑assisted creative tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a communication agency or hospitality environment.
• Creative, dynamic and detail‑oriented.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a solid portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability.
