Guest Services Attendant

About the role

The Guest Services Attendant is the first point of contact for guests arriving at the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius. This role ensures a warm welcome, smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and assists with luggage and transportation logistics throughout the guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and assist with vehicle loading and unloading.
• Handle daily arrivals, room escorts, orientation, and departures at the Front Drive.
• Coordinate buggy dispatch and manage transportation requests, including limousine and taxi services.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, tagging, and storage.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and adhere to safety and grooming standards.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
