HR Assistant - Recruitment Focus

About the role

TeamWork Mauritius is seeking an HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment to manage full‑cycle hiring for its IT/tech positions. You will partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while also providing broader HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate interview schedules.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, offer acceptance) and report progress.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Smart Recruiters.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records in HR systems.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries.
