Integration Analyst

About the role

The Integration Analyst will support Cim Finance’s IT transformation by ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of critical integration platforms such as the Instant Payment Switch (IPS) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). The role combines day‑to‑day system support with the design of automation and workflow solutions across core banking and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management, operation and enhancement of system integrations between internal platforms and third‑party services.
• Manage daily IPS operations, monitor errors, resolve issues and implement enhancements across core banking, card, mobile and web channels.
• Oversee ESB configuration, performance and continuous improvement activities.
• Design, implement and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and low‑code/no‑code workflows.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to satisfy business user requirements.
• Manage APIs and integrations with core banking systems and external providers such as credit bureaus and SMS gateways.
• Support IT deployments and system developments for group entities and international operations.
• Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to users and team members on implemented tools.
• Maintain WSO2 configurations and perform related duties within the business unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in an IT or systems support role.
• Experience with an Instant Payment Switch (IPS) is an advantage.
