IT Business Analyst

About the role

Join Accenture’s Technology team in Mauritius as an IT Business Analyst, supporting banking and financial services clients. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions align with data, platform and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from banking and investment stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and support the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
• Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL or BI tools to inform business decisions.
• Assess the impact of financial products on processes and identify trends or anomalies.
• Participate in implementation, testing and integration of technical tools, databases and workflow platforms.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financial and capital market products.
• Experience in IT transformation or data‑centric projects.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams.
