IT Support Engineer

About the role

TMGM is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its global IT support team. You will provide technical assistance to employees across multiple locations, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and on‑site.
• Maintain and monitor systems, including backups and security solutions.
• Apply patches and upgrades to keep all hardware and software up‑to‑date.
• Provide end‑user support via phone, ticketing system, or in person.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions.
• Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies.
• Follow company IT policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
