Junior Business Analyst – Global Sales Programs

About the role

The Junior Business Analyst will join the Global Sales Programmes team, providing analytical support to senior management. The role involves gathering intelligence, producing analyses, and assisting with presentations to guide strategic decisions across sales, finance and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the impact of changes within Global Sales Programmes and produce market‑segment and referral activity reports.
• Gather numerical, written and verbal data, conduct research and support the preparation of presentations for Group/ExCO stakeholders.
• Support finance, Master Service Agreements, global/regional accounts and cross‑border schemes, and provide ad‑hoc reporting and budgeting assistance.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computing, Natural Sciences or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in business analytics, finance, sales or marketing, preferably with international exposure and research experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce.com reporting expertise.
• PowerBI, SQL and Python (valued).
• Basic accounting and finance knowledge.
• Basic legal and contracting awareness.
