Junior Client Support Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Client Support Specialist at TMGM, you will be the first point of contact for traders using our online platforms. You will assist clients through live chat, email and phone, providing accurate information and building trust.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional service across live chat, email and telephone channels.
• Guide clients on the use of TMGM’s trading platforms, products and services.
• Investigate and resolve technical queries, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Payments and Technical Support teams to address client issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and industry developments.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of enquiries.
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with critical‑thinking abilities.
