Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor leads the Mini Club at Constance Le Chaland, a luxury resort on Mauritius' south‑eastern coast. You will welcome families, organise daily activities for children aged 10 months to 12 years, and ensure a safe, engaging environment that reflects the resort’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet parents and guests, give tours of the Mini Club, and explain daily programmes.
• Plan, coordinate and safely execute age‑appropriate activities, monitoring children at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Mini Club and ensure first‑aid equipment is readily available.
• Manage administrative tasks such as attendance sheets, parental forms, incident reports and monthly attendance reporting.
• Organise special events, birthday cards, gifts and décor, and coordinate external outings with vendors.
• Prepare staff rosters, monitor leaves, conduct regular staff meetings and support recruitment and training.
• Uphold health, safety and child‑protection policies, including First Aid and occupational safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a luxury resort.
• At least one year of experience supervising a children’s club or similar role.
• Experience working with children from 10 months to 12 years.
• Middle or secondary education; additional hospitality or child‑care certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic First Aid certification.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
• Professional, courteous communication with parents.
• Ability to document incidents and losses accurately.
