Learning & Development and Culture Coordinator

About the role

The Learning & Development and Culture Coordinator will support Sunlife’s corporate office in delivering onboarding, training, and cultural engagement programmes. This role bridges HR, business units and digital learning platforms to ensure a consistent associate experience across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new associates, manage documentation and ensure completion of learning requirements.
• Plan, schedule and log training programmes, handling logistics, attendance tracking and record‑keeping.
• Maintain learning management system data and assist with the digitalisation of learning resources.
• Prepare training reports, presentations and documentation for L&D and culture projects.
• Promote Sunlife’s culture and values through internal communications, events and digital platforms.
• Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva and other digital design tools.
