Multiple roles: Full‑Stack Engineer (Rust/React), DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

DuoKey is expanding its engineering hub in Mauritius and is looking for experienced engineers to join its SaaS platform team. Depending on your background you can work as a Full‑Stack Engineer (Rust/React), a Platform DevOps Engineer, or a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features using Rust (backend) and React (frontend) or build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and Kubernetes environments.
• Develop secure APIs, UI components, and multi‑region cloud deployments on AWS or GCP.
• Collaborate with product, design, and SRE teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions; define SLOs/SLIs and manage incident response.
• Participate in architecture discussions, performance tuning, and security hardening.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the relevant discipline (Full‑Stack, DevOps/Platform, or SRE).
• Strong Linux fundamentals and a production‑grade mindset.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams with a sense of ownership.
