About the role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Coordinator to oversee our daily delivery operations. You will act as the central point of contact between riders, customers, and restaurant partners, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with riders, customers, and restaurant partners to manage delivery flow.
- Monitor orders in real time and ensure deliveries are completed on schedule.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and riders, resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up on delays, cancellations, and any operational problems.
- Support and supervise the rider team during shifts.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team and Management.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) qualification.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle calls confidently.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends when required.
