About the role
We are seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of Agrïa. This senior administrative position requires discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, prepare, and process documents such as correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, and statistical reports.
- Screen calls, manage enquiries, and handle communications efficiently.
- Coordinate board and executive meetings, including logistics, facilities, catering, and seating arrangements.
- Prioritise incoming correspondence and direct matters appropriately.
- Maintain accurate, confidential filing and record‑management systems.
- Monitor office supplies and prepare purchase requisitions as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer and Project Development Manager when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Required profile
- Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience supporting C‑level executives or senior leadership teams.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional maturity.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
