PMO Associate / Analyst – Project Coordination Support

About the role

As a PMO Associate / Analyst you will work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads and senior PMO professionals to ensure smooth daily project operations. This position offers a solid foundation in project coordination, documentation management and governance within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and follow‑up on decisions.
• Assist in creating status reports, dashboards and KPI updates, and perform basic trend analysis.
• Maintain resource trackers, onboarding/off‑boarding records and team rosters.
• Monitor time‑reporting compliance, reconcile hours and flag exceptions.
• Support basic expense validation, budget tracking and financial summary preparation.
• Keep project documentation, templates and deliverables up‑to‑date in SharePoint.
• Update project trackers, ensure data accuracy in Excel, Power BI and other PMO tools.
• Prepare newsletters, onboarding materials and coordinate project announcements.
• Help enforce internal controls, data‑protection standards and governance routines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Finance or a related field.
• Strong interest in project coordination and operational support.
• Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn project‑management principles and work in a dynamic setting.
• Professional written and verbal communication in English and French.
