Pool Engineering Supervisor

About the role

The Pool Engineering Supervisor leads the maintenance and technical operations of the pool area at One&Only Le Saint Géran. You will plan, delegate, and follow up on all maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance requests for pool facilities.
• Maintain a logbook of work orders, preventive maintenance programs, and night‑shift reports.
• Supervise and mentor the pool engineering team, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with the Assistant/ Maintenance Manager on projects, hazards, and emergency situations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of all pool equipment, pipe and cable routing, control panels, and fire detection systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
• Manage tools and equipment inventory for the pool area.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of pool‑related mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead a small technical team and provide training.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and emergency response procedures.
