Reservation Agent – Restaurants & Bars

About the role

The Food & Beverage Reservation Agent will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book restaurant or private dining experiences at our luxury resort. Working closely with outlet teams, you will ensure reservations are accurate, timely, and aligned with guest preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all restaurant and bar reservations using OpenTable and KEY systems, capturing guest details, timing, preferences, and special requests.
• Monitor reservation flow and seating availability to maximize table utilization.
• Update, modify, or cancel bookings in real‑time, maintaining system accuracy.
• Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, and internal channels with a courteous, professional tone.
• Communicate outlet concepts, operating hours, menus, and special events clearly to guests.
• Record and relay guest preferences and dietary requirements to outlet staff.

Required profile

• Guest‑centric attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OpenTable reservation platform.
• Experience using the KEY reservation system.
